Meet Our Board Members

Cheryl Morris, Board Member, Secretary Cheryl is a licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel, a compassionate leader, and a dedicated advocate for emotional and spiritual healing. She holds an MS.HR and serves as a senior-level Human Resources professional with 30+ years mastering extensive experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and strategic operations.

Cheryl also holds multiple HR and leadership certifications and is well oriented within the local community. This positions her as a leading, compassionate and people-centered voice on the Board. She is a strong intercessor, emotional healing minister, and passionate advocate for every person that has suffered any trauma–especially children. Dr. Laurine LeBlanc-White — Board Member

Dr. Laurine is a visionary leader, counselor, trauma-informed practitioner, and theological researcher whose work lies at the intersection of emotional healing, spirituality. She has maintained a private practice while balancing an active lifestyle with 8 children (1 set of twins). She is the guiding light for the ministry’s holistic healing model–integrating counseling, coaching, prayer, and advocating healthy lifestyle choices to support individuals walking through grief, trauma, loss, and emotional fragmentation.

Dr. Laurine and her husband, ElDon White, SGM (Ret.), are recognized forerunners in the field of epigenetics—specifically social epigenetics and the study of transgenerational trauma. Together, they have contributed to emerging conversations on how trauma, environments, belief systems, and spiritual formation shape families across generations. Their combined work equips the ministry with cutting-edge understanding of how emotional wounds are inherited, healed, and redeemed.

Laurine and ElDon (Transformation & Leadership Coach) are also international conference speakers, teaching on trauma recovery, life-health balance and renewal, emotional resilience, and leadership formation and excellence. Their prophetic insight, research expertise, and passion for restoration shape the strategic and spiritual direction of Choice Driven Ministry.

As a small business owner, Dr. Laurine brings strong leadership, stewardship, and organizational vision—all grounded in a shepherd’s heart and a calling to see lives transformed by the love of Christ.
